Do not order from this company !
The trainers I ordered were too small and I sent them back. I still haven’t received the money back or had any confirmation of the return. The customer service is not a good service at all either. I ordered these shoes November 2022 and currently I am still trying to sort the return out now in January 2023.

Never in my life have i experienced such poor customer service... Ordered cycling shoes but wrong size was delivered. I tried to return them using the online returns to generate the label but it is not recognising my order number. So i emailed them it took 5 days to get a reply they sorted the label so i sent them back 10 days later and still no refund so chased that up now i'm being told it can take upto 25 days for a refund.. yes i said 25 days.. lol. Save yourself the grief and stay away from these folks. So i've contacted my bank and started a chargeback request and got my money refunded straight away.

Poor customer service
I ordered Nike bike shoes from WIT but found they were too tight on my feet. I've followed WIT'S instructions for return of the goods. I have evidence from Evri's tracker stating the parcel was returned to the retailer on Tue 10th January at 19:13. WIT customer service are still advising that they have not received the goods at their warehouse yet. They are also advising me of their returns policy that payment may not be with my bank for up to 25 days.
Had I realised WIT would have such a poor standard of customer service as I'm currently experiencing, I would never have made a purchase from them in the first place. I won't be using this company again. There are plenty of very reliable suppliers in this market & I can certainly do without this type of experience.

Rubbish customer service
Ordered some trainers but they are too small. I tried to return them using the online returns to generate the label but it is not recognising my order number etc. I have messaged and emailed them 7 times since 31st Dec 22 but nobody is responding. Good products but absolutely rubbish customer service.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I’ve used WIT a lot. They have a good selection of good quality sports clothing. I had to return some tracksuit bottoms and staff were incredibly helpful

Great products and customer support
The customer support staff were super helpful and quick to get back to me! I also find they have a great range of products and have curated it to be a concise but good selection of products, which is a lot easier that looking across lots of different websites and brands. Delivery has been good and no issues with products or payments so far and I really like their designs. Will order with them again!

3rd time I’ve ordered and 3rd time no…
3rd time I’ve ordered and 3rd time no contact following order to explain some kind of “error”. Most recent being order on the 2nd December when I received a notification for an item being back IN stock, not preorder still waiting to receive shipment.
Contacted 2 weeks later to ask why there was no update on the order (Christmas present). Told next 4-6 business days I’d receive it taking me up to Christmas so thought I’d leave it.
Fast forward to today 4th January still waiting, I did contact them again “unexpected delays” and using courier strikes doesn’t make up for advertising the item as in stock on your website, they are only expecting the order THIS week to THEIR inventory. So why send emails out saying in stock in December, with delivery within 2 days on the item on their website.
Last time I will use these guys and just talked my mother in law out of buying metcons from WIT and order them direct from Nike, her order is dispatched already FYI

Horrible company
Horrible company. Running after them for my refund from 19th. Since the package arrived to their warehouse, they failed to reply to any of my emails. Had to dispute a report through PayPal and they not even responding to them neither. They just take your money don’t care about anything else, rubbish
